MotionNova provides AI video generation services. Because credits, subscriptions, and generation tasks involve third-party AI models and compute resources, refund requests are reviewed case by case under this policy.
2. Subscription Refunds
If you contact us within 7 days of purchasing a subscription and have not substantially used subscription credits or services, we may review your refund request. Accounts that have consumed substantial credits, generated videos, or violated our Terms of Service may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Credit Package Refunds
Unused credit packages may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Credits that have been used, expired, received through promotions, or granted for free are generally non-refundable.
4. Generated Content
Once an AI video generation task starts processing, compute resources are consumed. Therefore, started or completed generation tasks are generally non-refundable unless there is a verifiable technical failure on our service that prevents delivery of the result.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@motionnova.app with your account email, order information, payment date, and reason for the request. We typically respond within 5-10 business days.
6. Refund Processing
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for funds to appear depends on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
