1. Overview

MotionNova provides AI video ads generation services. Because credits, subscriptions, and generation tasks involve third-party AI models and compute resources, refund requests are reviewed case by case under this policy.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing area in your account settings, or email support@motionnova.app for cancellation assistance. After cancellation, your subscription generally remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, and it will not renew again.

3. Subscription Refunds

Unused subscriptions may be eligible for refund review within 30 days of purchase. Used subscription access, consumed credits, and started or completed generation tasks are generally non-refundable except for verified technical failures. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime and will not renew after cancellation.

4. Credit Package Refunds

Unused one-time credit packs may be eligible for refund within 30 days of purchase. Credits that have been used, expired, received through promotions, or granted for free are generally non-refundable. Partially used credit packs are generally not eligible for full refunds; in special cases, we may review based only on remaining unused value.

5. Started or Completed Generation Tasks

Once an AI video ads generation task starts processing, compute resources are consumed. Therefore, started or completed generation tasks are generally non-refundable unless there is a verifiable technical failure on MotionNova's side that prevents delivery of the result.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Free credits, promotional credits, expired credits, consumed credits, accounts restricted for Terms violations, and failed tasks caused by unlawful or infringing user-submitted content are generally non-refundable.

7. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancellation, contact us at support@motionnova.app with your account email, order information, payment date, and reason for the refund or cancellation request. Duplicate charges, accidental purchases, and verified technical failures are prioritized for manual review. We typically respond within 3 business days.

8. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds for payments processed through Creem will be handled by Creem or the relevant payment network. The time required for funds to appear depends on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer. After a refund is processed, related credits, subscription benefits, or account access may be removed.
