MotionNova is intended only for generating AI video ads from original, licensed, or user-owned materials. Users must have the required rights, licenses, and explicit consent for uploaded assets, prompts, people, voices, brands, logos, references, and generated outputs.

Prohibited Content

  • Unauthorized real-person images, voices, bodies, identities, or likenesses, including deepfakes, face swaps, impersonation, and voice cloning.
  • Misleading, exploitative, or unauthorized content involving celebrities, public figures, political figures, or children.
  • Adult content, nudity, sexually suggestive content, sexual exploitation, hate, harassment, violent threats, or self-harm encouragement.
  • Infringing brands, logos, copyrighted characters, trade secrets, third-party materials, or content that violates platform terms.
  • Fake news, scams, phishing, political deception, fake reviews, fake traffic, fake engagement, or automated social-media manipulation.

Abuse Prevention Measures

Every user-supplied prompt that will be routed to an image or video generation model is screened before generation through the Creem Moderation API (POST /v1/moderation/prompt); deny and flag decisions are blocked, and moderation outages fail closed. We may also use local prompt filters, upload and output review, automated detection, manual review, user reports, generation history retention, and account risk monitoring to respond to prohibited content.

High-risk requests may be automatically blocked, queued for manual review, refused, removed, have credits deducted or released, have features restricted, or result in account suspension or termination. Serious abuse, infringement, fraud, or safety risks may be reported to payment providers, platforms, rights holders, or law enforcement.

Third-Party Models and Services

MotionNova is an independent software service. Third-party model, API, platform, or brand names are used only to describe supported capabilities and do not mean MotionNova is an official product, reseller, authorized representative, partner, or affiliate of ByteDance, Seedance, Kie.ai, Evolink, or any third-party model provider.

Reports and Appeals

To report deepfakes, unauthorized likeness use, infringing brand assets, adult content, fraud, political deception, or other abuse, email support@motionnova.app with relevant links, screenshots, task IDs, order details, and proof of rights. If you believe content was incorrectly flagged, you may request manual review through the same email.
