MotionNova is designed for generating videos from original, licensed, or user-owned materials. By using the service, you agree to follow this policy, our Terms of Service, third-party AI service rules, and applicable law.

Do not upload or generate realistic people, celebrity likenesses, face swaps, impersonation, deepfakes, or any person’s likeness without explicit consent.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

  • Deepfakes, face swaps, voice cloning, or impersonation of any person without explicit consent.
  • Celebrities, public figures, political figures, private individuals, or any real person's likeness without authorization.
  • Adult content, nudity, sexual content, sexually suggestive content, or services involving sexual exploitation.
  • Graphic violence, threats, self-harm encouragement, hate speech, harassment, bullying, or discriminatory content.
  • Fraud, scams, phishing, materially misleading claims, fake news, deceptive political content, or impersonation of organizations.
  • Infringing trademarks, copyrighted characters, movie/game characters, brand assets, logos, or third-party IP without permission.
  • Automated social media manipulation, fake reviews, fake engagement, fake traffic, spam, or deceptive growth tactics.
  • Any use of a person's name, image, voice, face, body, identity, or likeness without the required rights and consent.

Your Responsibilities

You must ensure that you have the rights, licenses, and consent required for uploaded materials, prompts, brands, people, voices, images, and generated outputs. You may not use MotionNova to bypass platform policies, legal restrictions, intellectual property rules, or personality/publicity rights.

Moderation and Enforcement

We may use automated and manual review methods to detect prohibited prompts, uploads, and outputs before or after generation.

We may refuse processing, remove content, release or deduct credits, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and report violations to payment providers, platforms, or law enforcement when required. Consumed AI compute resources are generally non-refundable.
