3. How We Use Data
We use data to create and protect accounts, provide AI video ads generation, process uploads and result storage, calculate and grant credits, handle billing and subscriptions, provide support, improve the product, debug issues, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Payment Data
Payments and card details are processed by payment providers. For purchases processed through Creem, Creem acts as the Merchant of Record and handles payment data, taxes, invoices, and payment support. MotionNova does not store full card numbers or full payment credentials. We may store order IDs, subscription status, payment status, plan details, and billing-related records to provide the service, support, and financial compliance.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Logs
We may use cookies, similar technologies, analytics tools, and server logs to maintain login sessions, remember preferences, understand product usage, detect errors, and improve security. You can restrict cookies through browser settings, but some features may not work properly.

Prompts, uploaded images/audio/videos, generation settings, and generated outputs may be sent to third-party AI providers to process your request. 7. User Content and Outputs
Prompts and uploaded materials you submit are used to process your generation requests. Generated outputs and related records may be stored in your account so you can view, download, and manage them. We do not intentionally make your private content public except to provide the service, troubleshoot issues, comply with law, or with your permission.
8. Data Retention
Account and billing records are generally retained while your account is active and for as long as needed for legal, tax, dispute-resolution, and anti-abuse purposes. Uploaded materials, prompts, generation settings, and outputs are retained as needed to provide generation, history, downloads, support, and troubleshooting; you may request deletion of account data or specific generation materials. Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable time, but backups, logs, billing records, refund/dispute records, or legally required records may be retained longer.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encrypted transmission, logging/monitoring, and least-privilege practices. However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, including GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA rights where applicable, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of your personal data, and you may request account closure.
