Learn how to create an account, buy plans, use credits, generate AI video ads, handle failed tasks, and cancel or request refunds.
1. Create an account
Create a MotionNova account with email or an available sign-in method. After signing in, you can use Text to AI Ad, Image to Video, or Reference to Video and view results in My Creations.
Sign in or register2. Buy a subscription or credits
The Pricing page shows available plans, prices, billing periods, and included credits. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period until canceled; one-time credit packs are granted as shown at checkout.
View pricing3. How credits are consumed
Each video generation consumes credits based on model, duration, resolution, and task settings. The estimated cost is shown before submission. Once a task starts, AI compute resources may already be used.
View credits4. Generate a video
Enter a clear prompt, upload only materials you own or are licensed to use, choose aspect ratio, duration, and quality, then confirm the rights statement before submitting. Generation usually takes about 2–5 minutes and may vary by model and queue status.
Start creating5. If a task fails
If a task fails due to a verifiable technical issue, we may release credits, retry processing, or provide another reasonable remedy. When contacting support, include your account email, task ID, screenshots, and time of the issue.
Contact support6. Cancel subscriptions and request refunds
You can cancel in account billing settings or by contacting support. Access generally remains active until the end of the paid period. Unused subscriptions or unused credit packs may be eligible for refund review within 30 days; consumed credits and started generation tasks are generally non-refundable except for verified technical failures.
